Here's what our tenants have to say:
flatfair is a great idea. Instead of shelling out on a big deposit that is essentially money I'll never see as it moves from deposit to deposit, I can use it to invest and save for my own place.
Sean, flatfair tenant
Hassle free, quick & uncomplicated. The service took away the stress & challenge of paying a deposit allowing me to move in faster. Excellent all round!
Jason, flatfair tenant
We chose flatfair because it allowed us to move into a house we really wanted, quicker and more affordably. We were young and had never been in a situation like that before so it made our renting experience a breeze. We'll be forever grateful as it was because of flatfair we could move out from our parents house and start living our own lives.

Tenant FAQs
What is flatfair's No Deposit?
If you’re fed up with expensive deposits that often overlap between tenancies, flatfair’s No Deposit is the choice for you. It's an alternative to a traditional cash deposit, and great if you want an easy, fair way to pay for – or dispute – charges made by your landlord or letting agent at the end of your tenancy. When accidents happen, you should only have to pay a fair price to set it right. As well as saving you from leaving an expensive deposit, flatfair provides a simple and transparent way to pay for – or counter – any charges for damages and unpaid rent made against you. At all times, you’ll have access to an Independent Dispute Resolution service if you need it.
What are the benefits
With No Deposit, you’ll only pay a small check-in fee worth 28% of a month's rent or £120 (whichever is the greater), plus VAT, split evenly across all the tenants.
